Joseph “Joe” Winchek | July 29, 1946 – September 26, 2023

Age 77 of St. Clair. Loving father of Terry and Todd. Dear brother of Walt and Fr. Andrew. Loving brother in law of William Zempel. Dearest grandfather of Katie (Brandon) Bonner and Olivia. Loving great-grandfather of Hailey, Brandon and Bailey. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Joe is also survived by his previous wives Bertina and Girlita. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Helen and his sister Sharon Zempel. Joe will be deeply missed by family and friends. Visitation Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 2:00- 8:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 5900 Allen Rd. (313) 928-2300. In state Thursday 9:30 a.m. with a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection to follow at St. Vincent Pallotti Parish at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 344 Elm St., Wyandotte.
