Dearest grandfather of Courtney Sly, Neil Sly, Olivia Sly, and Cassidy Ushman. He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Miller, his parents, Raymond and Myrtle Miller, and his siblings, Jean Miller, Gerald Miller and John Miller.
