Funeral Mass of the Resurrection: 10:00 am

St. Vincent Pallotti Parish at St. Joseph Catholic Church
334 Elm, Wyandotte, MI 48192

Delphine Helen Przygocki, age 87, of Southgate, Michigan, passed away peacefully under the compassionate care of Heart to Heart Hospice and her son Mark..

Delphine was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and animal lover whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. She is survived by her loving sons, Mark and David (Pam):  cherished grandchildren Adam and Ashley; and adored great-grandchildren Cole Jeffrey and Lennox. She was a beloved aunt to many, especially Cyndi and Tom Iacobelli, whose lives she enriched with her love and wisdom.

Delphine’s nurturing spirit extended to her five treasured fur babies: Archie, Buddy, Toby, Zoey, and Shadow, who brought her endless joy and companionship. Delphine was lovingly known as a ‘Mom’s Mom’-a nurturing soul who, even after raising her own children, continued to care for her grandchildren and the children of family and friends with unwavering love and devotion. She also had a strong devotion for St. Francis of Assisi.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Walter John Przygocki, her sons Brian and Jeffrey, her brother Dennis Kaznicki and his wife Diane, her sister Jean O’Herron and her husband Robert, and her grandson Matthew.

Delphine’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family and pets. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Wyandotte Animal Group, where she adopted her beloved Buddy and Archie or the Pallotine Fathers, causes close to Delphine’s heart.

Some parishioners who don’t usually receive contribution envelopes may have gotten them this month by mistake. We apologize for the mix-up—this was a simple human error and will be corrected moving forward. Please discard the envelopes if you received them in error. Thank you for your understanding!
