Age 80 of Wyandotte.

Beloved sister of Lucille Spade, Mary Ann LaForest, Charlene (Dennis) Dunnigan, Sister Beth Pero, the late Donna Pero, the late Dorothy Bolla, the late Charles Pero, the late William Pero and the late James Pero.  Loving aunt of numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Dearest daughter of Charles and Grace Pero.

Elaine was a proud Kindergarten teacher with Detroit Public Schools.  She was an original member of Alternatives for Girls.  She loved to take walks and travel.  She was known for helping people through various charitable organizations.  Her family will also remember her for being most generous and caring to them all.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Manna Community Meal, 1050 Porter Street, Detroit, MI  48226.

James Gustave Gee passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Susan. Loving father of William (Gina), Allison and Nicholas Gee. Dear brother of Myles (Kathy) Gee, April (Tom) Zelinski, Cathy (Joe) Mosolits, Meg (Dennis Schmidt) Gee. Proud grandfather of Wesley Gee. He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Gee. James was the president of Gee & Missler, Inc. and owned and operated the family business for over 25 years. He enjoyed boating, sailing, golf and Michigan State Athletics. He coached his kids in basketball and baseball. James also enjoyed family dinners and gardening his Orchids. Family is planning a Memorial Service at a later date.

Age 92 of Wyandotte.

Beloved wife of the late Gordon Mahony.  Loving mother of Patricia Mahony, Michael Mahony, Tom Mahony, Kathy Mahony, Gary Mahony, Lisa Koepfer, the late Terri Mahony and the late Ricky Mahony.  Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by 5 siblings.

Age 96 of Wyandotte. 

Beloved wife of the late Stanley Weber.  Loving mother of Alice (Dennis) Ugljesa and Michael (Mary) Weber.  Dearest grandmother of Michael, Caroline, Patricia, John and Michelle.  Great grandmother of Anthony, James, Thomas, Alex, John Carlo, Mary Grace, Vincenzo and Cade.  Dear sister of the late John, Olive, Isabelle and Winifred.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Grace was a loving caregiver to many.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and attending the many recitals and events for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Grace was an active member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and devoted to Father Solanus Casey.  She often prepared meals for the parish priests and Pallotine Fathers.

Grace retired from Michigan Bell.  She loved to travel, especially throughout Michigan. She had many interests and hobbies which included cheering for the Detroit Tigers, visiting the casinos, collecting angels, being on the Michigan Bell bowling league, knitting and being an active member of the St. Pat’s sewing group.

Memorial contributions are appreciated to St. Vincent Pallotti Parish.
